About herself: This is an odd looking girl soon to be a woman in the west, a specie of a human/owl, with traits of an Dullahan? She lives among to the others in secret to avoid the humans and anthros, but in exception of three friends Flat Feet, Shadow Watch, and Bison Strength. She hide in the dark forest of Jerome, Arizona as when night falls it can be spooky as the forest had many problems between other Native Americans and outlaws. Hooter herself thought that maybe she cloud take vantage to level her head off for a while and could scare traveler coming down certain paths they're going just for fun.

Persionality: A bit mean spirited and trying to be frightfully scary at night for fun, she's insecure about her ability of an Dullahan and wanted to keep it a secret, but in exception of three friends she can relate to being claimed as out casts of humans and anothros. Hooter is a bit rude too and note so well nice to her self as her self minded body and her argues a lot at each other, unlike Dulla and her body.

Just something that popped in my head when I was watch a document of owls and thought maybe I could create a new oc from an owl. Though I question about Owls with a full 360 rotating I've seen in many cartoons stereotype Owls. Of course I though it way cool and good way of scaring peaple so I thought not only an anthro owl, but also a dullahan is that's okay with you? So hope you like her and no... you will not see her in you near by HOOTERS restaurant
