Celty in stocks

Here's another obscure, even though so many knows her, but haven't gotten and tickle fan pic yet. The Dullahan in stocks is Celty from the anime called "Durarara!" and thought maybe she needs some fun, just get off her feet for a bit.>w> Anyways hope you like it and hope Celty don't mind.
